Eastridge Orleans (“we”, “us”) is a new-home community in Orléans, Ottawa, developed by The Heafey Group and Landric Homes. This policy explains what personal information we collect through eastridgeorleans.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you register your interest, contact us, or book a visit, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any preferences or questions you include (for example, which collection you’re interested in or your purchase timeline).
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. This includes device and browser information, pages visited, and interactions such as form submissions and phone-number clicks. See “Cookies and advertising” below.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the information you requested — floor plans, pricing, incentives, and appointment bookings.
  • To send you updates about Eastridge Orleans, such as new releases, pricing, and incentive announcements, where you have consented to receive them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Information you submit is shared with the Eastridge Orleans sales team and the project’s builders, The Heafey Group and Landric Homes, so they can respond to your inquiry. We also use trusted service providers to operate the website, deliver email, and measure advertising (described below). These providers process information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside of Canada, where it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Cookies and advertising

We use the following measurement and advertising tools on this site:

  • Google Analytics — anonymous statistics about how visitors use the site.
  • Google Ads — measures whether our ads led to a registration or call, and may show you our ads on Google services and partner sites.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram led to a registration, and may show you our ads on Meta platforms.

You can control these through your browser’s cookie settings, and opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or register.

How long we keep it

We keep registration information for as long as it is needed to market and sell homes at Eastridge Orleans, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and business requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
  • Access and correction — you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request corrections.
  • Deletion — you may ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
